Description: 

The HSE Manager will ensure the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of all Health, Safety, and Environmental standards on site, in strict alignment with corporate requirements and client expectations. The HSE Manager will be responsible for day-to-day HSE operations, compliance checks, risk prevention, and coordination with subcontractors and client representatives.

HSE Management & Compliance

  • Implement and enforce the company’s HSE procedures in accordance with client specifications.
  • Conduct HSE inductions for employees, contractors, and visitors.
  • Verify mandatory training, medical checks, permits, and certifications; maintain monitoring records.
  • Ensure proper PPE management: verification, distribution, stock follow-up.

Equipment & Documentation Monitoring

  • Inspect work equipment, documentation, and tagging systems.
  • Track and coordinate all mandatory periodic inspections.
  • Organize equipment calibrations and regulatory checks where required.

On-Site Safety Supervision

  • Conduct daily HSE inspections and task-specific safety verifications.
  • Lead toolbox talks and safety briefings.
  • Participate in management and subcontractor HSE coordination meetings.
  • Maintain and update the site-specific HSE Action Plan.

Incident & Risk Management

  • Prepare HSE alerts and ensure follow-up of corrective actions.
  • Perform regulatory monitoring and compliance assessments.
  • Collect and analyze incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; lead root cause analyses.
  • Prepare HSE reports and KPIs for internal management and client representatives.

Environment & Waste Management

  • Conduct environmental monitoring and risk assessments.
  • Support the preparation of environmental and safety plans.
  • Coordinate with the CSPS and participate in required inspections.
  • Oversee waste management and environmental compliance processes.

Work Permits & Administrative Duties

  • Prepare, verify, and manage work permits.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and overall housekeeping standards across the site.
  • Maintain up-to-date HSE documentation in SharePoint / GT.

 

Durée: 

6 Mois

Profil: 

  • Proven experience in HSE management on industrial and/or construction sites.
  • Strong knowledge of safety inspections, risk analysis, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Relevant safety certifications (first aid, fire safety, working at height, scaffolding, confined space, ATEX, electrical clearance, or EU equivalents).
  • Strong autonomy, communication skills, and ability to work with multinational teams.
  • Fluent Polish and English required
